I have been in the banking & Finance industry for over 30 years both in the United States and Australia. In Australia I was a Justice of the Peace which is equivalent to a Notary Public in the USA. My last position, in Australia before moving to the US, was a Private Banker with one of the largest banks. I am very familiar with most legal & non legal documents which require a notary's signature. I have worked with a number of Banks and Credit Unions during my tenure here in the US and have learnt a great deal about all types of documents needing notarizations, including loan documents, processing & closing as I had to do all this without any supporting staff.
